You can submit an ICT Helpdesk ticket via:
- Email: helpdesk@cbhs.nz
- Helpdesk portal: CBHS Helpdesk

When submitting a ticket, please provide any information which might assist us in resolving your problem. For example:

• - Who is affected? For example: only you, specific individuals, whole class.


• - Location(s) of where the issue is being experienced. For example: specific room(s) where the issue is occurring.


• - Estimated time and date of when the issue occurred.
