CBHS ICT Helpdesk
You can submit a CBHS ICT Helpdesk request via emailing the details to helpdesk@cbhs.nz
When submitting a request for help, please provide any information which might help us to fix your problem.
For example:
- Who is affected? (eg. only you, specific individuals, the whole class)
- Location(s) of where the issue is being experienced. For example: specific room(s) where the issue is occurring.
- Estimated time and date of when the issue occurred.
The helpdesk portal is temporarily offline. Please email to helpdesk@cbhs.nz to lodge an ICT request.
ICT Projects
If you have a project which you need the CBHS ICT Helpdesk to work on, it needs to be sent to the ICT Transformation group run by the Headmaster. This allows the CBHS management to make the right decisions about the priorities for work which takes our team away from supporting you - which means we can focus on giving you great support.
CBHS defines a project as any piece of work which meets one or more of these criteria:
- It is not fixing an existing service or system
- Not a standard service request (eg computer replacement, software installation)
- Not a minor change (eg a password reset or access change)
- Greater than 8 hours work is likely to be required
- More than one decision maker needs to be involved
If you have a request that meets one or more of these criteria, please fill out the CBHS Project Form (Word document download) and email it to: ict-transform@groups.cbhs.school.nz
